Continuation of the style set by La Grenouille absinthe. Garden of Eden pleasures. This time in Provence.
The inspiration for this absinthe was Prague's L'Fleur bar and their "Le Parfum" containing jasmine, among others.
So La Fleur was formed. Absinthe full of flowers.
The dominant is jasmine, lavender and verbena. Of course, there are the usual suspects-anise from Spain, fennel from Provence and Wormwood from Pontarlier.
The recipe consists of flowers in the greater half. And both in fresh form and dried. Because of this, we can only distill it once a year and in quite small quantities.
Ingredients: fine spirit, Wormwood, anise, fennel, verbena, jasmine, lavender and others.
