Crucial Update for Our U.S. Customers: Shipping Suspended

Due to a significant and sudden change in U.S. customs law, we must temporarily suspend all shipments to the United States.

This difficult decision is a direct result of the U.S. government's recent cancellation of the $800 duty-free threshold, known as the de minimis rule, for commercial goods.

What Does This Mean?

  1. New Customs Requirements: Every commercial package entering the U.S., regardless of its value, is now subject to full customs inspection and the imposition of import duties (tariffs).

  2. Logistical Halt: International shipping carriers and postal services (including the Czech Post) have had to temporarily halt or severely restrict shipments because they must rapidly implement entirely new procedures for processing payments, documentation, and customs clearance for millions of parcels. They are currently overwhelmed and unprepared for this sudden regulatory shift.

  3. Increased Costs and Delays: If we were to ship, it would result in huge, unpredictable delays, significant extra costs, and high risk of packages being rejected or stuck in U.S. customs indefinitely.

What We Are Doing

We are actively working with our shipping partners and logistics providers to:

  • Understand the new mandatory customs and duty payment procedures.

  • Identify a reliable, sustainable, and transparent shipping solution that minimizes cost and complexity for you.

We understand this is frustrating and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we prefer to pause shipping rather than risk your order being lost or delayed indefinitely.

We will update you immediately as soon as a new, stable, and cost-effective shipping option to the U.S. becomes available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
