Delivery Information

1. Delivery will be made within 3-5 weeks to most countries. Delivery to more remote of the countries may take slightly longer. ShopAbsinthe.com will endeavour to deliver to you within the specified time. However, there may be instances when we cannot deliver within this time. If we realise that we cannot deliver to you within that time, we shall alert you as soon as possible to try to arrange another suitable time for delivery. During the Christmas and New Year holidays, delivery times may increase due to heavy workload of postal services.
2. ShopAbsinthe.com cannot be held responsible if any item you have ordered is impounded by or has extra duty charged on it by your local customs and excise department, therefore we recommend that you check with the Customs and Excise Department before ordering from us.
3. Upon accepting the order, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging and the goods themselves. In case any defects are found, the buyer must immediately report them to the carrier. In case of detection of packaging integrity violations indicating unauthorized entry into the package, the buyer has the right not to take the parcel from the courier. By signing the waybill, the buyer confirms the integrity of the goods in accordance with the order, thereby confirming that the product meets all requirements.
